All thanks to folks of SamMobile, they have received some information from the insiders which claims that the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 will be updated to Android 4.1.2 and will end with the Android 4.2.2 update. The report states that Samsung will no longer support the Galaxy Tab 2 as it receives the Android 4.2.2 update (indicating the last update for the device).

Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean Update Delayed
