Samsung Galaxy S2 Rolling Out Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean

Samsung Galaxy S2 Rolling Out Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean

It was last week, Samsung announced that they will be rolling out the Jelly Bean update sometimes in the next month and now, it seems that the Galaxy S2 owners don't have to wait for long as the Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean update is rolling out today. As far as the Android 4.1.2 update is concerned, this is the best till date for the best selling Samsung device, the Galaxy S2.

This latest update enhances the Galaxy S2 by providing the features similar to that of the Galaxy Note 2 and the Galaxy S3 such as the smooth improved performance and great stability thanks to Project Butter, TouchWiz Nature UX, Samsung's S Cloud Services, new Lockscreen with many customize options, improved Google Search, Google Now and other features like Direct Call, Smart Stay and Pop-up play.

As this update is rolling out in phases, so some of you might not be able to update your device to Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean. But those who likes to update your Galaxy S2, you can use Samsung Kies or OTA for the update. If the update doesn't seems to be available for your country or network provider and if your device is carrier branded, so just chill and relax the update will be made available soon.

However, its great to see that Samsung is letting the user attached to their old smartphone such as the Galaxy S2 and S3, before the highly-anticipated Samsung Galaxy S4 is launched.Stay  tuned for more updates.
